• After the prompt you will hear a dial tone, enter the full number including the country code of the person you are calling. Do not press any other buttons.
• A connection should be made within several seconds

If you are calling from a mobile, please be advised that your mobile operator may add a surcharge when dialling our access numbers. To avoid this charge, please view our Top-up Service page.

Calls are billed by your provider. Any connection charges made by your provider still apply (typically 5-6p per call). There are no additional charges made by us.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you are using certain lo-cost networks/mobiles, a surcharge may be added by them. Please check with them for any additional charges when calling an 084x, 087x, or 090x type number.
• This service does not work to UK mobiles, even if that phone is outside of the UK.
